These week-long writing camps will help to accelerate your children's writing skills in a fun and focused way. Our approach will focus on grammar, structure, brainstorming, outlining, drafting, and revising techniques. Our systematic approach breaks the process into manageable parts and gives our students the skills to help them succeed in the next school year.
Writing is a process, and often teachers dive into a writing assignment without first teaching the tools the students need to be successful. At Learning to Soar, we help your students master the process and Soar!
Week 1 - June 16 - 20 - Creative Writing Emphasis - A fun approach using storytelling and narrative to teach the writing process.
Week 2 - July 7 - 11 - Structures of Writing - We will look at various writing types and apply the writing process to master the tools students need to be successful.
You do not need to take both weeks. Each week will stand on its own.
Appropriate for all ages (We adjust base on the students capabilities)
Appropriate for any student, including students who need dyslexia accommodations.
